	Dear Friends,We are talking about the previous Act's list and the current Act's which are existing Act's in Maharashtra.The simplification is necessary in the previous Act's which are very confused to understand all the people and also to deal with others.So it was decided and the some of old Act's are abolished and then, "The Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 is come in to existence and it was the merger of all the previous Act's. There is a simplicity in all the new Act's which are now Existing Act's in Maharashtra. There are so many Sections,Rules in all the Act's.It was very clear that for the simplicity in Rates,Taxes and the working the New Act's are come in to existence.
